GENMA SMD solder paste – our SAB43-LHS-GQ-1 solder paste convinces with its high reliability under mechanical stress and its high temperature cycle resistance compared to SAC305. This alloy is used for specific applications in the automotive area.
Due to its broad melting temperature range, this solder paste has an outstanding anti-tombstone effect. Its good wetting properties guarantee perfect soldering joints. Cleaning after soldering is not necessary. The solder paste can be soldered under air or nitrogen reflow.
