Solder wires for manual soldering
GENMA offers a broad range of different solder wires for manual soldering. We rely on high quality for all applications and for specific requirements. You define your specific requirements such as the wetting speed, the spatter behaviour, the colour of the residues – simply everything that is important for your production processes. We supply the suitable product. Also halogen-free on request.
Solder wire for lead-free manual soldering
Manual soldering is a very expensive process and it is, therefore, usually used for small series or repairs in electronics production only. In order to work cost-efficiently, it is generally useful to choose a solder wire with extremely quick wetting properties. As the alloy also influences the wetting speed, we recommend our NP303 alloy with 3% silver for most applications.
In soldering processes, the maximum soldering iron temperature must be adhered to in order to avoid unwanted flux and tin spatter.
Manual SMD soldering
When SMD components are soldered manually, the soldering result must be flawless and extremely precise. For this, we provide solder wires in diameters from 0.15mm.
